This could be a mainboard issue and would need to be checked by Dell or if out of warranty then take to a good local tech.

Samsung note 4 is not coming when you power it on

PERFORM THE SOFT RESET This procedure is effective for minor firmware- and hardware-related glitches and it's safe. None of your data will be deleted if you did this. The procedure is actually very basic as it is mainly a reboot with a twist. Here's how you do it...
  1. Remove the battery from your Galaxy Note 4.
  2. Press and hold the Power key for a minute once the battery is out.
  3. Place the battery back in once the time elapsed.
  4. Attempt to turn the phone on.
Again, if the problem was caused by a minor firmware or hardware glitch, the device should power up now. Otherwise, there's something more serious going on with your phone.

My motherboard have power but no display on screen

Please follow the following :

* Make sure that you have connected the Monitor cable firmly.
* Make sure that CPU fan is spinning else check & make it run (your pc won't boot if you missed your fan).
* Check for any unusual beep sounds after you switch on.
* Remove your RAM, Power cables, other Add on cards. Clean/wipe them properly and reinsert them correctly.
* If your PC installed Graphic Card, remove it and run your PC again using your onboard vga port.
* Replace your Power Supply Unit with another good conditioned one.
If the problem persist check your processor.

Dell 4600 won't power off

The power button not tunring off your computer could be down to the operating system settings. To check/changes this go to Start > Control panel > Power. Once in the power control panel look a the top left corner you should see "Change what the power button on my computer does".
As for the Beeps, if these beeps occurred when the computer was running this may indicated the cooling fan on the processor has stopped functioning, is not fuctioning correctly or the thermal compound below the heat sink needs to be renewed.

If the beeps are accurring when the computer is starting up they usualy indicated a CPU, RAM or graphics card fault. Please note thought that one beep is usually normal.
It will be a process of elimination, start with the ram, try a stick of known good ram, reseat the processor and renew thermal paste, remove the grpahics card and try another or switch to the integrated graphics card if your motherboard has one built in, though personally I would pull the card and insert another.

I have a gigabyte p4 pc, when i power it on the fan runs but it gives out a continuous beep. checked ram, processor on another motherboard, cleaned the motherboard, checked for loose cards and cables

The continous beep usually means a memory failure (RAM) or video memory if a plugin card is used.

Check to be sure the unit sees all of the memory, a weak power source( without AC adapter) could cause a partial failure of one memory card.

Another fault would be that the battery is very low on charge and won't accept any charge.

BAD Battery.

hope it helps

Intel D945GCNL has no display though ram, hard disk, power supply, processor is fine

Okay.

Provided you have checked out the simple stuff; monitor, AND monitor cable, suggestion would be to install a graphics card, and connect the monitor to it.

You won't have THE drivers for the graphics card installed yet, as you have no display, but you should get a display you can see well enough, to install the drivers.

I do need to ask a few questions before this is done, however.

1) Do you know the Power Supply is good?
Your LED lights may light, fans may spin, and it may sound like the harddrive is spinning, but the Processor may not be on.

Why?

A) IF, all of the LED lights were on at once, they would use less than 1 Watt of power.

B) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.

C) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts of power. Just depends on what Processor it is.

{ The Intel D945GCNL mobo has an LGA 775 processor socket.
Front Side Bus support is 800MegaHertz.

The motherboard chipset is an Intel 945GC (Part number 82945GC)
Can use up to an Intel Core2 Duo processor, with a 800MHz FSB.
These processors can use up to 65 Watts.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_chipsets#Core_2_chipsets

I'll go with the chipset info, and not the stated 1066MHz support,

http://www.overstock.com/Electronics/Intel-Essential-D945GCNL-Desktop-Motherboard-Intel-945GC-Express-Ch-Refurbished/6113423/product.html

Stated facts from Intel,

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d945gcnl/sb/CS-026727.htm }

2) How do you know the;
A) Processor
B) Harddrive
C) Ram Memory
D) Power Supply
,is fine?

Connected them/it to another working motherboard? Won't work with the harddrive, unless Windows Activation screen comes up, and then the harddrive will be for THAT motherboard, and not the original one.

Post back in a Comment.

Regards,
joecoolvette

Motherboard won't boot up cpu fan comes on hdd

Just after that there was NO correct answer to fix this problem causes the problem not solved even if it is marked as solved. Me too I have this problem, I was fix it by setting jumpers to default 60 Hz AC power because I won`t have 50Hz AC power or some AC power converter before PSU, I mean this is voltage errors, it`s need to be set to default +5V(60Hz) PSU not +5VSB(50Hz) PSU, (Step1) like might be set to USBPW12 to pin 3 both USB to right side inserted jumper it`s in left side of, near ATX 12v advanced CPU power cable connection socket. Next (step 2) is set up front USB jumpers to +5V or system won`t start up, it`s on motherboard about between PCI1 and PCI2 on right side it must be set to USBPW56 and don`t set it to USBPW78(5+VBS) because system won`t start up, the jumper must be set to right side I mean it`s last jumpers to right side need to be set up, because it`s +5V(60Hz) PSU supply. The USB wake-up feature requires a power supply that can provide at least 500mA on the +5VSB lead when these jumpers are set to +5VSB otherwise the system won`t power up. Next step if it still not starts up its BIOS fault, it`s easy to repair, just (Step3) turn off PC remove BIOS battery (it`s down to IDE cables), start it up wait a bit, then turn it off and turn it again on wait a bit again, turn it off place BIOS battery in to socket to be able save BIOS settings i mean battery is need to save them otherwise settings won`t be saved and Chassis will be broken. (Step 4) Turn PC on press del key after BIOS is load in open Power\Hardware monitoring\Chassis Intruder set to Disable, save settings exit. (Step5) If BIOS (PC won`t power up) it`s Chassis1 jumper fault, it`s need set to Default (Chassis signal, and GND(Ground)), it`s between SATA 2 and SATA1(Serial ATA connectors 7-pin it`s near and down to BIOS battery, the jumpers might be set to right side, after it`s completed repeat Step3 and Step4. CMOS is BIOS battery. If that all doesn't works Take BIOS clearing jumper in it`s clear state, near BIOS chip. Turn on PC with CMOS clear jumper turned on its work. Take beck jumper in its default state after that take bios chip out and CMOS battery out both them an two times restart PC after insert all beck if PC will be working all keyboard flashes once, after its in AC power.
