Question about Washing Machines
The method that these machines use to clean is called extraction and in order to do that, the drum has to spin at a high speed. In your case it does not sound like it is. There are a couple of things to note. There is a technicians sheet attached to the machine inside, it has all the tests that you can run. The sheet is usually on the frame and you take the bottom panel off under the door to get to it. The other thing is while you are in there, you should see a trap with a big drain plug on it. Take the cap off but be ready for lots of water! Have a vacuum ready for it. Then clean it out. The machine should be showing error codes when you have problems and if you note what the code is, it can be helpful. The machine uses two controllers. One is the MCU and that is the motor control unit. The other is the CCU and that is the computer control unit. The CCU talks to the MCU. The usual cause is the MCU and they are about 200 USD.

SOURCE: A pair of yellow cotton
Did you dry them in the dryer? if you did then the stain is set, and it wont come out.
If they where line dried or ? Start by washing them again, with the hottest setting they can take, using detergent. It may just wash out.
If not Rit dye has a colorant remover available, try that.

Assuming that you mean the washer stops at the spin cycle and door remains locked, then thats normal safety precaution when tub has water in it. If the drain pump is bad or restricted this could be a reason for this happening. You can get the door opened by taking off the bottom front portion of the washer also known as a kickplate. Once this is done with the machine unplugged you can reach up on the right side an there usually is a plastic tab that you pull that will release the door catch. While your down there you can check the drain pump, located in the front center of the machine. On most of the front load the pumps have a center piece facing forwad that you can twist to the left to unscrew and remove any debris that could be blocking water flow. If this is the case you still may need to replace the drain pump depending on how long somethings been in the pump. Note that while you're doing this you will also find what they call a tech sheet inside the machine. This will give you step by step instructions on how to enter the diagnostic mode, and run test etc.
