There has been more than one model of Cook's Essentials brand pressure cooker manufactured. Please choose Comment and add the model designation of your pressure cooker.
Without knowing the model of Cook's Essentials pressure cooker you own, I cannot search for and (with luck) find a manual in PDF format for you.
Cook's Essentials is a brand name exclusive to QVC (for new products sold.)
I recommend you contact QVC Customer Service directly and ask about the availability of an instruction manual for your model of Cook's Essentials pressure cooker. This is the link to the QVC Customer Service web page: http://www.qvc.com/content/information/customer-service.html
I have a programmable pressure cooker with no instruction manual. The model number is EPC460. It was made in China and just says Perfect Programmable Pressure Cooker. Can you help me find a user manual for this. I can't find anything online or by googling it.
Keystone is the manufacture for the Cooks essentials K5963 pressure cooker. Keystone authorized Deni to sell the same product as the Deni model 9700 Pressure cooker. I found the manual on the deni site in PDF formate. This is the exact same pressure cooker with a different name on it.
