How do I fix my gauges? (Ie, gas gauge, temp gauge, speedometer, odometer)

Fuses? Blown fusible link? Most gauges work by getting 12 volts from the ignition switch when on, and getting a ground from the sender. Often the 12 volt supply wire goes to more than one so if dead, both will fail. If you have a wiring diagram, you might find which wire to cluster should be hot, and trace it backward to find the issue. Easier to check for ignition switch feed first.

Every once in a while all my dash dial will go out, fuel gauge, speedometer, oil pressure, temp. gauge.

It sounds to me like you have a bad ground wire (common occurrence when after-market sound systems are added).
Check the ground wire behind the cluster, making sure it is solidly connected to chassis.

99 oldsmobile 88 oil pressure light and temperature gauge running high

Of course it could be a wiring problem or something in the cluster. The light and the gauge are grounded thru their sending units, both get power from the same source.
You could have a problem with the oil pressure and the engine temp, or not.
I would probably replace the oil pressure sensor and the engine temp sensor to subtract them from the list of possible causes. If the problem is still happening, I would have someone check the instrument cluster.

Gas gauge reads 3/4 when full and temp. won't come up past the cld mark. could this be a fuse issue?

Sounds like it could be an instrument cluster fuse or a possible ground issue. fuse would be easier. Did you have anything added recently such as a stereo or remote car start system?

Hook up a manifold gauge (mechanical temporary use gauge, used by mechanics) and test the oil pressure. You probably need to replace the gauge. The computer sends info through a printed circuit board behind gauge cluster and sometimes you have to replace the whole gauge cluster.

No instructions to work with

The gauge will be wired in series between a 12V supply and your new sensor. The idiot light ,also wired in series, just used a pressure switch for the sensor, instead of a transducer. Once you have swapped the sensor, and replaced the idiot light with the gauge, you should be able to use the existing wiring, unless the 140 A/B plugs have been pre-wired to your instrument clusters circuitboard. Just keep in mind this is a straight series circuit. It sounds as if the Gn/Y wire to your old sensor should remain in place as for routing, and just swapped over to the gauge/new plug and the other end of the Gn/Y wire connected to your new sensor.

Feul temp oil pressure gauge not working

this problem sounds like a bad ground to your gauges first check your fuses with a test light take the end of light ground on battery with a long wire with alligator clip on end so you can reach around to test second thing take probe tip touch pos of battery to make sure tester lights then test all fuses first both sides most fuses have two little holes one on each side on top to put probe on fuses should light up on both sides some fuses wont light on both unless the ignition is turned to acce or for instant a headlight switch has to be on to test fuse if fuses check out okay you will have to get into the gauge instrument cluster possible if these gauges are pushed into a pin type or flat circuit board its possible loose scews and a good bump would make a bad contact in the cluster
