Power button not working

The unit stopped working. The power button does not turn on the unit even when depressed. This is a new problem that started recently. It is plugged in and receiving power fine (I checked the outlets and extension cords). Any suggestions?

E3 error on LIfesmart heater

Even after replacing thermostat and motherboard offered from company, my heater would trigger e3 error code and shut off. After several (maybe 100!) different attempts to plug in and operate, here is what worked for me!
Depress the power button on the heater while plugging in to wall circuit. Continuously depress power button. It will run through a test cycle and attempt to start. Keep depressing the power button as the heater tries to start, then shuts down with e3 error. While the power button is still depressed, unplug the unit from the wall. When I plug back in the wall the E3 error is gone. Good luck

SC-HC35DB DAB RADIO HAS STOPPED WORKING , ALL OTHER PARTS FINE ,

You need to tunr the power off at the wall socket. Leave the unit off for at least 5mins. Then whilst holding the power on button on the unit down, turn the power back on at the socket, keep the power button depressed for at least 5secs. When you release it you should see -----------------, in the display. The unit has just been reset to factory mode. All features should now be present again. Hope this helps.

Three out of the five plugs do not work have stopped working.

The APC UPS will power the non-battery (label something like surge only) with the power button turned off. If the outlets that are not powering up are labeled Battery/Surge, you need to turn on the UPS. There should be a button you depress to turn the system on.

Also if this is a new UPS, you will need to hook up the battery for this to work. Open the bottom of the unit and you will find the battery and plugs.

Unit was on battery power, shut down, connected to 12v p/s,let charge for a short while, then powered unit up, load bar completes but goes no farther.

MANUAL REBOOT TIME:

Plug unit in 110 power, then turn it off. You are going to manually reboot system. When unit is completely off, then turn on, but this time, when turn it on keep the on button fully depressed, do not let go regardless as the unit is turning on, and even when it is coming on going through its thing, keep on button depressed for 10 seconds after unit fires up. Then let go, and this is manually rebooting it, See if now it functions properly, Please let me know, and if fixed, then the 4 thumbs up for my solution with small comment is most appreciated. Left turn signal stops flashing when brake pedal is depressed.

there is a ground problem, most likely in the tail unit itself, but a ground problem is hard to find and easy to fix. reground the system, the turning unit, and the problem should stop. About the hazards, I don't know...... some times in older cars, that is the way it works. because the brake and hazard element in the bulb is the same and the old cars used a break in the power, but the new cars use a break in the ground. any way, chase the ground down first, it is usually the cause.
