Now it wont reprogram and the Check engine, Oil Level, and Battary lights are on on the dash as well. I have tested all fuses and relays and tried every form of PATS reprogramming I can find, Any other Ideas?
Have the ECM checked as you may have blown it by the short circuit.

Remove the lugs at the battery. Clean the posts and the lugs - then reconnect. Your battery won't charge (and the jumpers won't work) largely because of a film on the + post and lug. If you live in a hot summer area, (Arizona) the problem is especially troublesome.

you may need to top up the coolant,r112,r140or what ever the car is useing. if the car can'nt be topped up then you have a leak that needs to be fixed,usually the drier.
