How do I fix portable speaker will not power up

You will have to try to find the damaged component(s), which means disassembling the speaker. Once you find what parts need to be replaced, you can order them from an electronics supplier such as Digi Key or Mouser. Replace the components and continue from there, as additional troubleshooting may be required.

How do I disassemble Sony SS-RG440 Speakers to fix a rattle?

If your Sony speakers are in sealed cabinets, the only way to get access inside is through the front by removing the grille and the speakers..BUT before removing the speakers check whether the speaker(s) themselves are the source of the rattle

When I get a call, I cannot hear anything from the other side without speakers on. Also my playback failed with "No media file found"

Your listen/speaker/media device has a problem, probably destroyed/damaged through excessive dust particles or either exposure to some form of liquid. solution is to change your speaker phone.

Hi i have a gateway laptop, im having a hard time fixing the speakers,it started wen i tried to use my speakers for my ipod.when i took the cord of my ipod out of my laptop, the laptops speakers arent...

You have possibly broken the switch, inside the units Phono Jack, this is a common thing, there is a little switch, in the Jack, that cuts OFF the Internal speakers, when used. Sometimes the ball on the end of the Plug can force the contacts too far apart and they don't make contact and cut off the internal speakers. This is a difficult fix, as the whole laptop must be disassembled, the part unsoldered, and another good part re-installed. As a cheap workarround, get an inexpensive USB soundcard, and some small external speakers. Otherwise it's off to the repair shop, or get yourself a service manual and do it yourself.

Bose COMPANION 2 Speaker case disassembly?

yes..the only solution is to pop the front panel with screwdriver...to do this more efficiently (without breaking the front panel) ...first insert the thin screwdriver in the gap in front lanel on side wall...and rotate the screw driver 90 degree..this will pop that side....repeat it on other sides too...i did it last night only.....
my problem was that when i dropped the speaker....its magnet fell down...and its no longer working...i am trying to find another broken bose speaker to replace mine...from e bay,,but no luck till now :(
