Question about Washing Machines
Hi I have a candy grand Go 1682 and I think there maybe a programming fault. It seems to get its self confused in a normal wash mode. It starts by let water in then starts the cycle, heat the water and starts washing, but then it'll stop, then start to spin for 2 seconds, then stop for a minute or two, then spin again for 2 seconds, then put more water in and just keeps doing the same thing untill you stop it. Any suggestions please
You should clean the knob with alcohol careful there is spring and a small ball in it

problem may just be that drum is not turning so you think program is stopped. try cancelling and select spin program and see if you get spin

either a faulty pressure switch / pot or faulty controller - either way you will need to call someone in.

The most common cause of machines stopping mid cycle is not draining. Your machine should have a filter behind the kick plate at the bottom.
If this is not the case please post back for further assistance.
