How many inches is the W27OFP?

buy a newly refurbished for 30 bucks

being a 15 inch one ...it is about around $100 ..bu I think on Ebay you may get it for less on second hand ..

mcdevito75 here, Sounds like the monitor itself, contact Dell for rep[lacement on warrantee if warrantee applies.

Instead of trying to fix this problem, if this monitor is less than a month old, it should still be in warranty with Dell. Call Dell and have it replaced as warranted.

Seeing that the upgraded version was your previous version, go ahead with the screen change' it should be fine.

Roller is misaligned somewhere or gear is broken. It will repeat every several inches depending on the diameter of the roller and the section that broke. A small section break that repeats every three inches indicates gear malfunction on a roller whose circumference is approximately three inches.

You have a filter problem, check power supply for bad capacitors.
