How do you get the deck belt back on the pulleys? 20 hp-46'' deck

It helps to remove the belt gaurd on the left side of the deck. The belt gaurd on the drive pulley ( motor crank) can be pulled out and moved by hand- lay on left side of mower and reach across and pull right side of belt gaurd from hole in frame and swivel away. Once belt is installed slide gaurd back into hole. all other pulleys the belt can just be spun on past the gaurds. Be sure to replace all belt gaurds and saftey devices as they came from the factory.

We have a 19954 toyota corolla and need to find

THE drain holes on your car are to the right and left of the grill under the screen and comes out either under bonnet or behind the front wheel on inside of gaurd a small rubber hose and could be blocked with dirt or mud
When you find it put water hose and blow it back up to the screen (not down) also your heater gets its air from the same grill and if to much water fills up in it the heater could also get water in it

My frontend was bumped enough to bend grill gaurd but no lights broken or hood damage. however the front left fender seems to have been pushed rearward just enough to prevent drivers door from being open...

Yes there are bolts under the hood, and also under the wheel well. It should only require a small amount of pressure to push the fender forward, alternate putting the bolts back in one at the top then one at the bottom till you have them all back in

The blade gaurd doesn't slide out of the way when handle is lower

You may have to change the link rod. That is the black arm that pulls the blade guard up. Over time they will bend just enough to not open the guard all the way.

Hope this help
