AVR X1000 going in protect mode?

If you used it for only 3-4 hours before the problem occurred then you should have a replacement warranty on the product.
I think you have already done the factory reset procedure shown on page 175 of the user manual.
Is it possible to take it to the place you purchased it from. Alternatively check the Denon website and find out who the closest agent is in your locality. Send it back with proof of purchase using a courier service that you can track for receipt. Hope it turns out well.

Red power light blinking on my denon avr 1907, tried reset procedure, no speakers hooked up now and it still goes from green light to blinking red light and shuts off...Any clues?

This is a protection mode. The receiver protection circuit detects an internal problem like missing power supply voltage or blown channel and shuts down the receiver. You need to bring the unit to a repair facility.

I have my Sony Bluray hooked up through the AVR-1804 and when the sound is a little loud the receiver just shuts off. Doesn't happen with the DVD s played on the same player but when I actually play a...

Sounds like the protection circuit is activating to protect the output amplifiers. Common causes are hooking up more speakers than are suggested. The only thing I can relate to only BluRay disks could be the sound is more demanding. That would not normally occur. Try lowering the volume and see if that helps. Especially don't hook up extra speakers because that overloads the unit.

Denon AVR 1706 Powers on display then shuts off lght blinks red

replace all the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply. i had the exact same problem with mine and once i replaced the capacitors it powered up and stayed on and worked perfect.
these capacitors tend to fail as they're of poor quality.
this fault is very common on denon receivers, especially the later models.

hope this helps?

DENON AVR 2308 no longer works only after 3 weeks of purchase!!!

You need to get more details. What component has failed that makes them believe that a surge caused the problem. There is usually a thermal fuse inside of the main power transformer that CAN be effected by power surges. WIthout more details, I really can't rpovide any ammunition for your claim. Please request exact details from the servicer.

Thanks,
Dan

Avr 3802 can i hook up 2 sets of front speakers

well depending on the wattage of the speakers your trying to hook up to the amp if they exeed the maximum wattage then theres a chance u *could* blow a fuse nothing more then that, a fuse protects more expsinsive devices in ur amp, an if ur system keeps blowing fuses after doing that add up the watts 2 all ur speakers,
and remove the less needed
Hope you find this usfull
