2.4 out of 5 stars for Samsung DMS500TRW in Freestanding Dishwashers (page 2). ... The machine gives an E2 error and will not pump water out. I have to manually cup it out. ... Whirlpool F3 faults relate to temperature problems in the oven. In the case of the error E2-F3, F3 is the general fault code and E2 is the specific error code. An E0-F3 error indicates that the oven's temperature sensor is open; E1-F3, that the temperature sensor is shorted; E2-F3, that the oven temperature has exceeded the maximum rated 575 degrees Fahrenheit in "Cook" mode; and E3-F3, that the oven temperature has exceeded the maximum rated 950 degrees Fahrenheit in the clean mode. Here is the probe to order.
The part comes with a 365 day, any part, any reason return policy.
The e2 error is a generic error that the machine shows if it's been overloaded or if the load becomes unbalanced during a wash cycle.
to fix you must do a master reset of the washing machine.
1. Close the door and make sure the dial is pointing to the "OFF" function 2. Hold the Start/Pause button and turn the dial anti clockwise (to the left) to the "express 15 min" program at the same time. 3. Hold the Start/Pause button for a minute (the e2 message is meant to start flashing after a minute of holding the button down however with my washing machine this didn't happen) 4. Release the button and turn the dial back to the "Off" function. 5. Select any program and the message should not be appearing.
The technical manual for your range doesn't show an error code of E2 F2 but all of the F2 codes pertain to the touchpad of the range.
Can you clear the E2 F3 by pressing the cancel button? If not, shut off the power to the range for a few minutes and see if the error code goes away. If the error code remains You should unplug the range from the wall and remove the back panel for the control area. Disconnect the ribbon between the touchpad and the electronic control, clean the end of it and reconnect it.
If this doesn't repair the problem you will need to replace the touchpad on the range. The parts diagram lists two touchpads, they are part numbers 8273575- bisque, and 8272702- white.
