Hi, not sure if you have the same fault as i had, but our tv only had half the screen go off, after looking up on the internet i found a video for a fix, what you need to do is remove the back cover, there will be ribbons that go from the front screen to the main panel, i removed each one at a time and rubbed the contacts of the ribbon with a rubber on the end of a pencil, plugged them all back in and switched it on and it was now spot on, thats more than a year ago and its still working spot on, hope this helps

i dont have a solution but my phone will let me see the text messages but when i want to reply it automatically shuts off and turns back on. And its starting to freeze lately. i think its not our fault its the people that installed our phones.

I have the same tv.. Does the power light even try to come on? or do you hear clicking sounds? let me know maybe i can help u out

THE PROBLEM IN THE loptx THE TRANSISTOR J6920A AND THE CAP NEED REPLACEMENT AND IS AN EXPENSIVE JOB.REPORT FAULT TO SAMSUNG THEY SHOULD RECALL THESE MODELS AND REPAIR THEM OR REPLACE,AS THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT AFTER REPAIR THE SAME PROBLEM WONT REOCCURE AGAIN.

I now also have that problem- my L73 seems to have frozen with the lens open and wont do anything, i cant even turn it off - no idea what to do!! have tried charging it, but nothings happening anymore!
Can anyone advise me what to do?
