I not familiar with this model but, If the video select button is below the screen. I would suspect "windex damage"! Cleaning screen by spraying directly on crt causes this is some sets. The button gets corroded or part of this circuit. If this is the case, replace/ inspect/clean around switches.
Protection diode(s),capacitor across switch, faulty switch or bad processor input are other causes.

How do i fix E07-27 on a panasonic workio dp-6020

e7-27 relates to the lift mechnism of the trays on the finisher/sorter/stacker. did a bin or stack of boxes jam under the trays during operation? always keep this area clean. turn the unit off, unplug the finisher from the machine. switch back on and make 1 copy. turn device off, plug the finisher/sorter/stacker back in and switch back on. this should reset the finisher. if not it is possible a sensor is damaged or dirty. at this point you may have to call a technician

No video/audio when TV is turned on..

This set is popular for the main voltage regulator to be bad. If you have a meter check the input voltage . it should be between 135 to 159 vdc. Now pin 4 should be aroud 125 to 130 when you switch the set on. Hope this helps Good Luck
