Hi this is a well known issue to HP.Click on the link below and download and install the listed software. It will repair the issue cuasing the error however if the error persists(about 20% of the time) take the previously listed advise on this problem from one of our other experts(below link).http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=pv-42770-1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&os=228&product=1841799while u get the pop-up... open the task manager... and then search for the process DMASCHEDULARand end the process... it worked for me...please try the link first as it repairs the problem, if you still get the error try the following bit as it repairs the symptom.
