Question about Cell Phones
I have a galaxy s4 with at&t and the iemi has been blacklisted through insurance claim...is there anyway i can change the iemi number so i can regain access to the phone with another sim card?
In my experience, with AT&T and TMobile, (sim Card) carriers, you can put another sim card in your device, and it will work.
However, when you make a claim via insurance for a "Lost or Stolen" phone, they lock the device itself to prevent thiefs from accessing all your vital accounts Ex: Facebook, Bank, Etc

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

to retrieve your numbers you would need to follow these key strokes...
center, toggle down (1 time), center, toggle up (2 times), center, toggle down (5 times), center, toggle down (5 times), center (3 times)
then wait for quite some time...it takes a while to copy all of the contacts...I would say anywhere from 5 to 10 mins...
this should work to save your contacts.
To save your pictures (and any other data you might want to retrieve) you could buy Sony's data cable for the z525a. I haven't tried this but it should work since that is what the cable is for.
Its called a DCU-60 USB data cable, and is listed as being compatible with the z525a.
