I cannot put my foot down on machine.. last time I used it was ok but I think the up/down lever has detached

You are probably correct that something has become detached. You may want to have it serviced.

My automatic needle threader doesnt line up with the eye of the needle

Perhaps the threader has been bent or has become loose or detached.

To do manual threading, lick your finger and then rub it on the back of the needle's eye. The moisture helps draw the thread into the eye. BINGO, no need for a threader!

Is there a special type of monofilament thread to use?

I would suggest that you don't use this thread, it is too fine for the tension device on a domestic sewing machine, and they just don't like it. Too strong, too fine. Its best used in industrial blind hemming machines, if you look at RTW trouser hems you'll often see monofilament utilised here.

How do you adjust the foot pressure

There is a dial on the left side near the light that can be rotated to put more pressure or less pressure on the foot. If that is not working the spring inside may have become detached

How do i fix a wire that cam detached?

it will require a soldering iron and some solder. I would heat the end of the wire that came off with the soldering iron tip and as it gets hot touch the solder to it until it flows onto the wire. then put the soldering tip onto the connector that the wire came off of and add a little solder if needed and then touch the wire to the connector and when it flows together remove soldering iron and still hold the wire until it cools. the wire should be connected, if not reheat and try again.
hope this helps

The bobbin case keeps getting pulled out of its slot as thread is caught on a part as it attempts to pick p bobbin thread

Did you floss the bobbin holder to make sure you don't have any bits of thread, you put the bobbin case back in correctly, have been changing the needles frequently and according to type of fabric just like regular sewing and have been using the lint brush and drops of oil like the manual illustrates?Detach the embroidery unit to use the sewing side to get the situation corrected, it's much easier on that side. Then when you have that situation corrected, run a zigzag test stitch with the thread and bobbin fil until you have a perfect zigzag going on your sample fabric sandwich--adjust the tension and you should have it.

How do I delete a previous transmission to my embroidery attachment on my CE100 (Singer Futura)?

try resetting it, take the hoop out, turn the machine off, and then back on, or try detaching the embroidery unit, and then reattach it. I hope this helps :)

Trnsmitting problems I cant transmitt to my machine and it is now getting frustrating.

I have the solution! After calling 1-8004SINGER.
When this happens,
turn off emb. machine
detach hoop
exit out of futura program back to the windows screen
Then, turn on emb. machine
Reattach hoop
Open Furtura program
Select design
Select transmit button
and this should work. You have to this in the exact same order each time.
