Try reflashing the phone with your original settings that you backed up. You did create a back up right? If not go find the oem flex/flash file for your phone and provider on either or Chances are that file was ment for the razor. Hope that helps.

Frozen screen BLu cell phone 3.2

Remove the battery, then hold down the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time, while someone inserts the battery.
This should take you to a menu. Different models may use Volume Down/Power button instead.

Blackberry is frozen and will not reboot with either alt+caps+del or battery pull

1-Give the Blackberry at least 1 minute without pressing any buttons or selecting any applications. Give it a chance to catch up and make sure it's actually "frozen".

2-Give the Blackberry at least 1 minute without pressing any buttons or selecting any applications. Give it a chance to catch up and make sure it's actually "frozen".

3-If the Blackberry is not "soft frozen" then it is in fact "hard frozen", which is generally where your smart phone will remain until you reboot it. To reboot open the battery door on the back of the Blackberry and simply remove the battery completely. Allow the Blackberry to sit without a battery inserted for at least 30 seconds.

4-Put the battery back into the Blackberry smart phone. It will take anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes to completely power up and become ready for use again. Your frozen Blackberry problems are now solved!

I can't turn off my Samsung SGH - D880

Yesterday I also got the same problem on Samsung DUOS SGH-D780!
I found temporary solution how to drop this error message and run the phone normally, but after next reboot it often become again. I will ask Samsung tech. support about this, but now here is the emergency solution:

1. Turn OFF the phone (by removing the battery)
2. Move out all the SIM cards from the phone
3. Insert the battery again (BUT DON'T TURN ON THE PHONE, just insert the battery)
4. Insert a charging cable into the phone and insert the adapter in wall outlet

(then I see the loading screen for the short time and after that CHARGING icon appears)

5. After that turn ON the phone. It will start in no-sim mode.
6. Turn OFF the phone
7. Remove battery, insert SIM-cards, insert the battery.
8. Turn ON the phone

After that it gonna be work good until next reloading...
