Question about Motorola Talkabout FRS 250 (14 Channels) 2-Way Radio
Cannot get one radio to buzz or communicate with other although on the same channel. Battery is fully charged

It is possible on of your radio has a problem. The best option is to test with a third radio to determine which one is not working.

Check the programming of the Frequency, interference eliminator Code, and Qt filter (if any). Be certain all the radios match exactly. If you then still have a problem, set your Qt filter (if any) and your Code to zero (or off). This will return your radio to basic operation and they should work together.
If not, check your batteries. Trade the batteries from one radio to another. Does the problem switch to the other radio? If so, you need to replace the batteries.
If none of the above solves the issue, you may have a defective radio.
