a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Onity lock ht24--In the test
Chris, The HT 24 Lock does not have a keyboard so this test is not relevant to your lock. This test feature is for an Onity lock with a numbered keypad.
Hope this helps. If you have any more problems or questions you can call me or send an email through my web site.

SOURCE: I have a Onity Advance
I am going to guess that this lock is a common door.
The flashing green and staying unlocked indicates that this lock is in "Office Mode"
If a master key has office mode capability, and the lock program has office mode capability, the lock can be permantly unlocked by "double dipping the key". It can be put back in to regular mode by "double dipping the key" again. This will only work if the master has the "office mode" capability.

Better late than never.
I encountered the same problem a few days ago. The problem is that your switch on the lock ceased to trigger the locking mechanism and lock the door due to deformation of metal strap on the door-frame. Just return the metal strap into its original state and the switch will trigger the locking correctly. Problem solved.
I hope this will help someone.
