a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Hi I have installed a MEOS
Hi, well this sounds to me as though something has gone wrong when the softwares were installed? I would say that this was the problem, and it will not "Boot Up" because of this. Especially if it DID work OK before.many softwares install fine with NO error message indicated, but still will not work, the download may have been corrupted?
Anyway, you have little choice other than to do a Factory Reset of the unit, (If possible) and then, try to reload the origional software. get it all going again, then perhaps try doing the installation of those softwares that caused the problem?
I suggest that you use the manual, download one if you do not have a copy, follow the instructions how to factory reset, and recover from a bad upgrade.
I don't think the SD card has any bearing on the matter. I would doubt that the touch screen would have gone spontaneously faulty, it may have but? more likely as related it is a software Glitch, with the freshly loaded new software.
