I need to Hard Reset on my Palm Tungsten E. It shows error with some messege called NULL HANDLE

for hard reset press reset hole and same time hold power button and release after 10 seconds choose yes when option given to erase all data. Please make sure you have backed up your data prior to hard reset as it will erase all personal information and set everything to factory default
