I have been in contact with Ryobi and they tell that this is a bad model number could you please recheck or call Ryobi direct at 1-800-525-2579

Sears carries a good selection of capacitor-start replacement motors that should fit your saw. Most of these motors can easily be converted to 230 volt operation which is a recommended procedure (almost instant starting!). Don't try to have the original motor rewound as it would cost several times the replacement cost. That service is only used for very expensive high-horsepower 3-phase motors as a rule.
