If your getting the service from an Amazon free month trial it will expire after a month then ask you if you want to continue which you can say no. other then that go to your account and under account settings is an option for memberships and subscriptions and also an option for video subscriptions.
You should be able to connect via a web browser and log in to your account. Once there you can go into your payment settings and cancel your subscription.
yes they will, you need to cancel the trial. no free trial of anything is worth giving your bank details. the small print will say something like " if you dont cancel within 7 days we will take £££ by direct debit every *** " why would they need your bank details for a "FREE" trial ?.. thats because most people forget or dont know how to cancel so they get at least one payment out of your "free" trial . if they do take a payment and its a monthly subscription you will still have to cancel the free trial because if you only cancel the direct debit they can still charge you because they are supplying a service. get in touch with them straight away. ( hopefully you havent signed up to 12 months contract starting when free trial stops )
You must have signed up for the free 1 month free deal. If you did not cancel at the end of that month, then you were automatically charged for the next year. I just did that and it is a pretty good deal. You can cancel by going into your account and just follow instructions on how to cancel. You can also call or email them. They have always been very helpful for me.
Yes you do. As long as you cancel the account before the end of the month you won't be charged. Otherwise they charge you on the same day every month. They don't warn you when your free time is up. You have to keep checking your 'account'. Most folks don't bother to cancel, so they get lots of new customers that way!
