the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

I cant download anything from web like media player and youtube is not working some times

Starting from your device, to the net, different things can go wrong.
Too many processes running on your device, can block smooth running of streams. A not optimal wireless connection can do the same. Connection can be corrupted, by other users (devices) on the same router of other wireless routers close to you.
But even with a good connection to the net, it could be your provider is throttling the bandwidth, as soon as you start streaming video content.
So lots of things to check to find what is wrong.
Fixing something is only possible when you know the exact cause of the problem.

I cannot download any free powerpoint templates, it keeps saying block by your security zone policy...HELP!

Sounds like dad installed a proxy filter that has very strict rules pertaining to downloading items. Have your dad check to make sure that the files such as .ppt are not blocked for downloading. He should be able to set what files can be downloaded or what type. It sounds as if he set it up to stop people from downloading files that usually have viruses embedded in them. Smart move but very restrictive.

I'd say your Firewall or Antivirus software is blocking it. On any PC unprotected you can download anything. Protection is there for a reason though. You could be downloading something harmful to your pc. Trying messing with your settings. read them and go from there..

I downloaded Bittorrent.exe but can't install or open it. Keep getting message that it can't be opened. What to do? Anyone?

Bitorrent movies- hmm. If this is a copied movie or a movie that is "leaked" or anything possibly infringing on a copyright in the u.s. you are looking for trouble. Bittorrent in the clear (NOT behind a VPN) tracks what you are doing. Your I.P address on the internet is logged and anything illegal is possibly being tracked. Just a heads up. I have yet to see anything that is legally downloadable when the words torrent and movie are in the same sentence.

If you insist in trying to load this thing bittorrent is just a peer to peer file transfer program. Try VLC (google it) it can play most movie formats these days and is completely free. Once the movie is completely downloaded you can open it in bittorrent program by clicking on it- provided vlc is loaded on your p.c.

Trying to download adobe flash player 10.1 but the internet explorer keeps blocking it...maliscious content....not sure what happen to my old flash player...but can't view anything on you tube...happened...

Internet Explorer is telling you that the content *MAY* be malicious, not that it *IS* malicious. Click "allow" to install the Adobe Flash Player.

My toshiba wont allow me to download anything off the net

Might be a problem with the folder you are downloading to, try to clean recycle bin, run disk cleanup, and change download folder location, if that dont work, try re-installing your browser.
