Question about Roku Televison & Video
I just bought it and I have a couple of TV's with cable boxes and a couple with out that is just on basic cable. Do I need to disconnect the cable 1st?
If you have another HDMI port or A/V cable available on your TV, you don't have to unplug the cable box from the TV. You'll only need to connect the Roku to the vacant Input ports (HDMI or A/V) and change the input source of the TV accordingly.

Are other devices able to connect? If not, then you're probably entering an incorrect password or you're trying to connect to the wrong network.
Hope this helps
