Toshiba does not yet provide 64bit drivers for this device, also Windows 7 is not (yet) supported. You need to contact Toshiba directly, if enough people complain, they may be inclined to fix this unfortunate situation.

I have an e-studio 350, we lost power and when the power came back on it went to call for service mode. I tried to tun it off and unplugged the unit but it still came up with same call for service mode. Unfortunately I dont have the money for a service call and would hope that there is a simple solution. can anyone help???

ON the machine 08 mode and change the 251 value.
Change or Zero. ok .Then you change This value your copier finished Maintenance Indecation.
