While calibrating the touch screen on my ricoh mpc 305sp I think I double taped on a wrong position on the screen and now touch screen isn't working properly. I know it still works as works in 1993 test...

I think you'll have to run a factory reset.

However, I cannot find any way of carrying this out. You'll need to contact Ricoh or their dealers, I'm afraid.

From page 21 of the user manual, "The monitor is touch-sensitive thanks to its touch-sensitive screen. A touch screen is an input device just like a mouse or a keyboard, and the user's fingers transmit position information via the touch screen to the computer. With this technology, you only need to touch the pictures or words on the computer display lightly with your finger, and the computer will react. Either the machine will turn off by itself or it will say on the screen to turn the unit off then on using the power switch on the side of the unit. Cect phone a8+ freezing

If you are talking about the touch screen not being responsive at all under normal conditions, read on.
First try calibrating it. There are 2 ways to get to the calibration screen. Please use the stylus to calibrate!
The fastest way is to be on the slide-lock screen & hold the side volume button in the Up position until
"Press volume down key to check" comes up onscreen. This may or may not work on all firmware versions
on the current i9, but works on most. Make sure to hold the button firmly in the Up position. You will first
see the normal volume speaker icon show onscreen and the volume rise, but just keep holding it Up, and
eventually you should see the pop-up box noted earlier. The moment you see that pop up onscreen,
immediately press the side volume button in the down position. A white calibration screen should now
show & you can calibrate the touch screen using the stylus. Try to tap as close to the center of the little
pulsating icons as possible, as this will more accurately calibrate your touch screen. If the calibration
screen didn't come up using that method, then you can get to it from the Main menu screen.
Select "Settings", then select "Pen calibration", & follow the previous instruction.
