Http://www.fix-all-dll-errors.com/vmsvcrt.dll cant use my control panel. when i do it gives above message. thanks.

Off the top of my head I would say that you have been infected by some sort of malware since the error message directs you to what looks to me to be a dubious site. I would strongly suggest against going to that address or attempting to download a .dll file as a fix.

The first you should do is scan for a virus using whatever antivirus software currently loaded on your computer. If you do not have one, I would suggest loading Malwarebytes free anti-malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free, install it, making sure to update and then running a fullscan while in Safemode. To enter Safemode, restart your computer and press F8 when the manufacturers load screen displays and you should see a prompt that will give you the option to start Windows in Safemode. It can sometimes take a couple attempts on faster computers.

When the scans complete, restart windows normally and if you find that you receive a vmsvcrt.dll error (hopefully not directing you to a fishy website) when attempting to access the control panel, you can attempt a restore to a previous configuration of windows. If using Windows XP you open the start menu, select Help and Support and type "system restore" in the search box and press Enter. If you are using Windows 7 open the Start menu and type "system restore" in the search box (you may be prompted for an administration password or confirmation) and then follow the prompts to restore to a previous version of Windows.

If this still does not work you can attempt to use scannow if you are using Windows 7. Make sure you are signed in as Administrator (Typically your default user setting) and open the start menu. In the search field type "cmd" and open the cmd.exe. In the command prompt, type "sfc /scannow" and allow the command to run. When it's complete, you should then restart windows and then attempt to access the control panel.

If the control panel is still receiving an error, you may need to consider reinstalling windows or returning your pc to factory condition using what ever method provided by the manufacturer. You will also want to make sure you have backups of files and settings you wish to save prior to doing so.

I hope this helps.

Runs extremely slow-maybe 5 or 10 minutes to load up at start get "not responding" on intertnet or mail connections slow response if selecting e-mails freezes during typing McAfee Security shows...

try to run your computer with your Antivirus disabled temporarily
>if it runs faster then it is an issue with your anti virus but there only is a slim chance that this a security issue, but it's worth trying it.

if system is still slow:

>Try optimizing your browser by going to Internet Options on Control Panel
>click on Delete Files check the box that says DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT and Delete Cookies under General tab
>Go to Advanced tab click on Restore default Settings or Restore Advanced Settings
>click Apply

>if this doesn't work,do a Disk Cleanup,Disk Defragmenter, or System Restore follow these steps:
>click on START
>click ALL PROGRAMS
>click ACCESSORIES
>click SYSTEM TOOLS
>click Disk Cleanup / Disk Defragmenter / System Restore
(these 3 tools are all on the same folder)
*****System Restore will be the last resort. this sets your computer back to the date when you know your computer was working perfectly fine.

After using Darik's boot and nuke (DBAN) your hard drive will be wiped clean with little chance of recovery. This also depends on how many passes you used for the disk wipe. More passes = less chance of recovery.

Restore from backup
You can restore backups previously created (as stated in the Create backup
section) from hard disk, CD or DVD.
1 Boot to Windows XP.
2 Press <Alt> + <F10> to open the Acer eRecovery Management utility.
3 Enter the password to proceed. The default password is six zeros.
4 In the Acer eRecovery Management window, select Recovery actions and
click Next.
5 Select the desired restore action and follow the onscreen instructions to
complete the restore process.

What OS are you running? Is it 64bit or 32bit? You may have to reload windows. Or atleast restore back to factory settings. HP should come with a restore CD. Make sure you back up your data.

No messagesto be able to sent

check the "message center number" in the "message settings"("message setup") ...

you can get the correct "message center number " by calling to your network provider "customer care" ...

ask them the " message center number" note that down and enter that "message center number " there ...

if you still persist the same problem then call to customer care of your network provider and complain the same about it ..

they will have a cross check and get you back .. there may be some error ..

if the customer care people tell you that there is some error in your handset then just give "restore factory settings"("reset") it will ask for the "security code"("password") enter that and after performing the "restore factory settings" then enter the "message center number" so that if there is any firmware problem that will be solved by giving the"restore factory settings"("reset")...

after performing the "restore factory settings"("reset") once you restart your phone ...

your problem will be fixed ..
