Acer aspire 7736z not showing bluetooth in device manager

I Also have the Aspire 5310 and when you press the bluetooth launch button it says 'No Bluetooth Device', this is becasuse it does not have the Bluetooth card installed into this computer and this is an extra for your laptop... hope this helped.

The 4730Z does NOT have bluetooth. Check the specs on it from acer's website. The reason for the buttons are that it share much hardware with the 4930 which does have bluetooth. You will need to add a bluetooth device if you want bluetooth.

Once again, the a4730 doesn't have bluetooth in it's stock form.

I had this problem too and I called acer and found out that the software is not on the computer. You have to buy the usb bluetooth connector thing. I thought it was stupid of them to put this button on the computer and there is no use for it. Just a thought. If anything, call acer yourself and they will explain it better than I can.
