SOURCE: How to change blade on 10" Craftsman table saw?

you need to grab the blade with something.maybe some pliers(if you are not going to refurbish blade) and loosen the nut in the center of the blade. i think it is a left hand thread(cw to loosen) because of the rotation of the blade. if the nut is on the left when looking from the front it is probably left handed. make sure it's unplugged and wear leather gloves so you don't get cut. install in reverse...

SOURCE: Dado blade installation

Yes. normally an eight inch stack dado set is used on a 10 inch saw. You will also have to purchase or fabricate a special throat plate (non-metallic) to accomodate the extra thickness of the dado set.
The number of blades used, and therefore the thickness, varies depending upon the task at hand.
Make sure to use the factory supplied nut and washer to capture and tighten the dado set securely on the arbor.
Be very cautious in the use of dados. Do not raise the set higher than 1/4" or so until you are familiar with the use of a dado set. Try to avoid so-called "wobble" dado sets. They are IMHO more prone to dangerous kickbacks and harder to adjust than a stack dado set with dado shims.

SOURCE: How do I align the saw blade with the saw table

The Blade Arbor is held to the bottom of the table with mounting screws and stop/adjusting screws. Loosen the mounting screw and adjust the stop screws to make Blade true with miter slot.

if it is a table saw, there is a crank on the front that raises and lowers the blade. there should be another on the side that angles the blade.

How to raise and lower saw blade

You raise and lower the table plate, NOT the blade. There is a knob to lossen and tighen the tension on the table plate and you can adjust the blade height by lowering the plate and vice versa.

I can no longer raise or lower the blade on my 10" sears table saw' model # 113.298032.

After some use the threads on the raising mechanism can become clogged with sawdust and resin.
UNPLUG the saw and look underneath up inside the box. there is a rod that runs from the wheel you turn to raise and lower the blade into the actual mechanism. Brush it clean and give it a good douse of WD40 to help clean it. That rod must turn freely so look for any obstructions that will prevent that from happening

I cannot easily raise/lower my blade on my Craftsman 10 inch table. I've cleaned out the say thouroughly and nothing appears to be obstructing mechanism to raise/lower the blade, but yet, it takes two...

mine did the same and i sprayed WD-40 on the assemblys or large screws and keep working it until free. but, check things over because some had a lock so the blade wont move after the hieght is set.
