Kawasaki mule problems

If the temp light is on, but you can verify that the engine is cool I would replace the temp switch.

Full tune up and carb clean .get new plug,air filter.oil Chang ,carb clean and adjustment.that should do it.,., try fuel filters and test fuel pump see if it's functioning properly.,.

Check the fuel filter as well

the thermastat is probly stuck shut replace it with a new one if problem still persist you may have engine damage aka cracked head ect

There are a few things that can cause this problem, though with it giving temp indicators and fuel problems I would look at things in the following order:

Fuel filters-Check the pickup screen on the pump first, then any in-line filters along the fuel line.

Oil levels-make sure your motor is properly filled with CLEAN oil. If you are running low, you will get friction which will cause heat buildup and can wear the motor out.

Injectors-Run some SeaFoam through the engine if the fuel filters are clean. With any vehicle that sits without regular usage, debris can foul the injectors.

Spark plugs-If your plugs are fouled our burnt out, you'll get improper ignition and pre-detonation or post-detonation. This is VERY bad for your motor.

Ignition timing-if the motor uses a rotary distributor for ignition, ensure the timing is proper.

Kawasaki mule 610 new battery but little to no power to solenoid. Fully charged starter makes rapid clicking noise. When attacked to battery jump starter it will start. Mule was running excellent for 2 weeks with new battery. I was told by kawasaki technician it was ignition. Nope thoroughly skimmed inspected wires and see nothing wrong. Technician told me different second time, it's now the starter replaced starter ($450) and still no results I'm at a loss

take the spring off the screw and use teflon tape so you can adjust the screw further

bad ground be my guess loose wire ?
