Question about Magellan eXplorist 200 GPS Receiver
The unit will freeze up. This seems to happen most often under tree cover (what I would call moderate cover). Our Magellan eXplorist 210 works fine under the same conditions.
Try turning off the WAAS function to see if that makes a difference. If it's already off, try turning it on. It's either a software/memory problem, or there's a short in the antenna. There is no update available for that unit.
