SOURCE: Husqvarna Huskystar 207 Sewing Machine not

Be sure not to use Singer Needles. They are longer than standard needles. Don't know if this helps, but I did this once on my Huskystar 207 and that is what happened. It also damaged the bobbin thread.

The User Manual does not have a complete stitch guide. Does my Huskystar 207 have a stretch stich?

FWIW, a stretch stitch is simply a stitch that stitches forward a few stitches and then reverses for a couple and then stitches forward again. Having had a machine with a stretch stitch, I found that using a zig-zag is just as effective and uses much less thread as well as less time at the machine. If the fabric is very stretchy, you can merely decrease the stitch length and increase the stitch width to give the stitch enough space to expand with the fabric without popping.

I have kanmore sewing machine its not stiches at all one time noise & stop stiches thered not pick up for bobin its not come out.

Wow. If I understand your attempt at English. Your machine made a noise and now won't sew or pick up the bobbin thread.

First change your needle and make sure it's full inserted and correctly oriented in the needle bar. Do a test stitch on scrap fabric.

If you still have problems.. check the timing. The shuttle hook should just be starting to pass the needle scarf when the needle is at the lowest point of travel.

I hope that helps you. Good luck.

Sewing with heavy thread, what should the tension be set on?

hi there
the tension depends on thikness of material but you must use heavy thread on needle and thin thread on bobin case .
- you must be sew fiew stitches firist and look if losse stitch from down you must tight tension slowly sloly and if there is losse stitches from upper you must tight screw for bobin case spring slowly slowly until stitch format be agood condation.

Why will my machine not pick up my bobbin thread?

Bobbin or needle threaded wrongly? Is this a new machine? You need to make the first stitch by hand perhaps. Lower the needle into the needle plate by turning the hand wheel and raise carefully. It should bring up the bobin thread on a loop. catch and pull to back of machine. Now you can sew. I hope.

The thresd gets knotted and it won't stitch

Rethread your machine
Make sure your cotton runs through the two tension plates
Check that your top tension is set on 5
Make sure your bobbin case is threaded correctly
Lastly, make sure there is no cotton stuck between your top tension's plates(take a long needle and remove any fluff)

I have a huskystar em10 embroidery machine which wont embroider it will run for so long then the needle will snap, its not the tension

I have the same machine and had the same problem. I was changing my needle about every 50 stitches until I realized that it was the timing. After I learned how to adjust the timing the machine has worked fine. The problem is I have to adjust the timing about every 3000 stitches. I leave the bottom off of my machine because I adjust it so often. If you contact a husqvarna dealer they will tell you that they have to send the machine off to get it adjusted and that you can't do it yourself. I didn't have time for this so I googled how to do it and figured it out.
