how long does it stay connected if it does connect at all? catch all method, reset the wireless router to factory defaults if that doesn't fix the problem check your wireless card on your computer to make sure it is enabled and while you are at it go to the manufacturers website and download and install the latest drivers
While logged into the router, Turn on "broadcast ssid" or tell your computer exactly what the SSID is.
One form of security is to set the router not to tell other computers in wifi range what the ssid is.
Hello, some wifi routers won't allow a new connection a certain time after it's been running as a security feature...you either have to press a button on router to start the connection process, or reboot router.
