Question about Hardware & Accessories

1 Answer

Wiring MTD2 I need to install an Analogue swimming pool pump timer. Here is the link: http://www.major-tech.com/Website/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=1341 I am not sure of the wiring diagram. I see that there are 2 places for the live wire. I am not sure if I can connect them directly with one another? Otherwise, where do the 2 live connections come from? I have one from the main breaker already. Thanks

The lan driver maybe needs to be unziped before you install it.

Please look for other drivers missing, in the device manager.

I need to know how to set this timer for a large swimming pool, and how long I need it to run, to keep it clean. I believe it is about 35,000 gals., in-ground pool.

You have Intermatic mechanical timer connected to swimming pool pump/filter.
Open following link to read about setting timer:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/How-to-operate-and-set-T104-timer.pdf
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html
Lift and rotate dial until current time is lined up with stationary pointer.
Put on-off trippers on outer edge of dial.
Timer comes with 2 sets of trippers, and you can order replaceable trippers. Up to 12 sets of trippers can be added to dial for a total of 12 ON and 12 OFF events each 24-hour period.
For 35000 gallon, pump should run at least 6 hours each 24-hour period. During freezing weather, if pipes are above ground, you can remove trippers from dial, set override lever to ON position, and run pump 24-hours to prevent frozen pipes.

HOW TO WINTERIZE AQUAMATE ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOL PUMP

Open the plugs on the bottom front of the pump pot and on the pump housing itself. These two plugs will do the pump and just the pump. You should have simmilar plugs on the filter, heater, chlorinator and any other equiptment on the system.

I just purchased a home that has a Rheem Digital Gas Heater for my pool / spa (Model P-M406A-EN-C) 399k BTU. I cannot find a manual on the Rheem company website. Any idea how I can obtain one?

They have good listings on their web site.
http://www.rheem.com/product.aspx?id=8B064EC5-B708-4821-9F2B-DEF3A2243F90
That link should be to your model. When you click on the link for your manual (installation instructions)l, if it doesn't download. Right click on the link, and select download
So what is the problem?

Need help installing filter pump model 635 for my swimming pool

Just go to the Intex Corp link below. Choose the appropriate pool and/or pump. At the bottom of the page you will see a link for instructional manuals and videos. Hope that helps.

Oh yeah, by the way...you may want to start looking around for another pump for that pool if you plan on using it more than a year. I have had mine for 3 years and I spend more time in the pool vacumming than I do in the house!! The 635 pump is not strong enough for the 18x52 pool nor does it filter out fine silt and sand...it sucks it up and spits it right back into the pool thru the return. Good luck to you

You can download the manual from here:

Their website is slow, but it get to the link.
