I have an acer 4315..it has a bulit in webcam but

if your crystal eye webcam doesn't work, try this.

on your desktop right click computer select manage. when the new menu pops up, click on Device Manager, the right portion will pop up some items. Find and select Imaging device, when you click it, it should show crystal eye camera. then click un-install, click ok and restart your laptop. when the computer starts again it will automatically detect your crystal eye camera and automatically install new driver. this one works, promise. the acers' built in camera always fail, but this trick at least helps. when your camera stops working again, just repeat the steps above. its really annoying but it helps.

This always happens with built in cameras for acer I hope they can find the best solution for this
