i want drivers plz

can i get panasonic kx-mb772multifunction copier drum and toner

unfortunately the drum within the cartridge has reached end of life so changing to a new drum cartridge would resolve this issue.

You need to follow the instructions that came with the drum as you need to reset the internal counter.

This is usually an indication that the toner cartridge wasn't shaken from side to side to distribute the toner evenly.  If this was done, the cause is probably a dirty drum.  Remove the toner cartridge and clean the drum. Either of these two solutions should solve your problem.  Best of luck.

I already answered this at some other place her - but here I go again: There is a little special (white) gear on the outer left side of the drumkit - a little bit below where the toner sits. That gear joins with toner mixing assy - and you can rotate it in counterclockwise all the way back. This should reset the drum counter - worked for me - I hope it also does the trick for you ;-)

The problem is that the cartridge is not clean, the toner is still on the inside near the sensor area. If you get a pipe cleaner or a peice of tissue on some wire you can wipe the area. Failing that give it a good wash, let it dry and it will work. I'v done this a few times now

Try to reset advanced features to their default settings
RESET=NO [±]
To reset the advanced features:
1. Press {MENU}.
2. Press {#}, then {8}{0}.
3. Press {A} or {B} repeatedly to select “YES”.
4. Press {SET}.
5. Press {SET} again.
6. Press {MENU}.
