This can be caused by a number of reasons. Ensure that your paper is not damp. Ensure that you do not have toner save/eco mode turned on. The optics may be covered in dust. The transfer belt unit may not be lifting/locked into place correctly. Are you using genuine toner? if not try using genuine toner. Will take hundreds of copies before the quality improves. The list is extensive that may cause this problem.
the toner is not inserted properly and is not detected by the system .pls try to re insert the toner this time make sure that it is inserted properly and the motor winds it up then closer the cover and locks it.this will till the system that toner is loaded and is ready to print..
This usually means that no paper has been fed from the paper cassette or the machine was turned off when you had a paper jam. Remove the paper cassette from the machine and ensure that nothing is stopping the paper from feeding. Also look into where the machine locates in the copier to ensure that no paper is jammed behind the cassette. The paper feed rollers may need cleaning or replacing.
J11 is telling you that the copy paper has not fed from the 1st paper cassette under the machine. This may be due to incorrectly loaded paper, cassette requires adjusting or the feed roller requires cleaning. The feed roller sits in the machine and you will need to unplug the copier and remove the paper cassette to gain access,Clean the roller with lint free rag and spray and wipe.
