Question about Samsung Propel Cell Phone
Speaker phone seems to have stopped working

My Samsung SCH-S738C, through Straight Talk, "freezes up" all the time. The only way to resolve it is to take out the battery but even that may take anywhere from 1-4 or 5 attempts to get it up and running. Seems to be happening more and more. Any solution would be appreciated.
