A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Isn´t WMDC installed by default in W7? Check the control panel and "view by small icons". You´ll probably find it there...

hi there, try booting your PC to safe mode. power on the computer and quickly tap the F8 key. keep on tapping it until you reach to black screen with different selections. select safe mode then press enter. once you gain access to windows safe mode. click start menu then accessories then system tools then system restore. choose a date where you remember your computer works fine then restore to that date.
Please let me know if you need more help.

Rather doing a driver hunt which can take hours.
This might take some time being a freeware driver solution
Note: The Driver program will find all of your outdated drivers
This will automatically search for and find the correct driver you will have to update every driver individually once you update you might be asked whether you want to restart or make a system restore point.
Click no to both of these then continue updating each driver free then restart once all of the drivers have been updated.
also at cnet
on the home page you should see a search tab just type in what you are looking for
IE: Motherboard name sound drivers.
Place a tick in either windows software or all software box.
You might have to try a few times to get it right.

Device Doctor is a freeware Windows application that scans your computer hardware and checks to see if there are new driver updates available for your devices. It also locates drivers for Unidentified Devices in the Windows Device Manager. This tool was designed to be very simple and easy to use
