look on the pc for a headphone connection..it should have that 1/4 plud with the headphone emblem near it.. thats where the headphone wireless transmitter plugs in.. then it should work as long as your output on the pc is turned up at least to 50%
I have an AUDIO wireless headphone. How do I charge the batteries? do the switches on the tower and or headphone need to be on or off? Lost my users manual. thanks
The Plantronics 500A base should be plugged into the handset receiver
jack on the phone, not the headset jack. It could be that the
headset needs to be re-paired to the base unit, or the lifter is worn
out (if using one). If you manually remove the handset receiver from
the phone, and
you power on and activate the headset, does sound come through ? If so,
