To be sure that it is a mini IDE connector, open the karma up by going here http://www.takeitapart.net/archives/rio-karma/ and if it is a mini IDE then you can go to Ebay and search for item # 230283935161. Files can be copied to the computer from the karma although it doesn't work all that well. You'll need to use Rio Taxi. I think you can get that if you connect the karma to your network using the dock then browse to the karma's ip address and get it. If not you may have to try and find a place to download it.
