SOURCE: the egg cooker does not work at all

On small baord near the poacher, viewing the bottom of board with plug at 6:00, the relay on the left may not be working. It may be getting 24 volts energization, but not operating. Cannot find part on i-net, less than 600 quantity.

Why won't my egg genie heat up?

I purchased an egg genie that appeared to be new, but wouldn't turn on. If you have the proper security bit, unscrew and remove the base. On mine, there was a wire that fell off of the connector post. After pushing it back on, the unit turned on with no problem. Hopefully your problem is as easily solved.

Couldn't find the manual for the krupps 230 70 egg cooker; got a trade-marks journal in French instead. Problem: I've forgotten which way to turn the knob to cook the eggs (and which to keep warm)

I need a rack for the West Bend egg cooker that the eggs sit in while they are being hard boiled. Mine split in half. Is it possible to buy just this replacement item?

Focus Electrics is the parent company for West Bend.

Here is a link to their replacement parts page for egg cookers. Match the model number to your model and then you can find the replacement part that you need.

Here is the link -> http://www.focuselectrics.com/catalog.cfm?dest=dir&linkid=47&linkon=category

If you can't find the correct product or if it is for a different product the page is easily navigatable for changing the product you are looking for.

If the product isn't available for you Ebay.com has inexpensive Egg Cookers from West Bend for auction.

Here is a link to a search for West Bend Egg Cookers
