Need a wiring diagram for a DEH-X6600BT. IT'S GOING IN A 1993 CHEVY ASTRO VAN. I KNOW KNOW THE WIRES OF THE VAN. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO CONNECT TO ON THE RADIO. THAY ARE DIFFERENT COLORS.

I hope someone comes along who can help; in the meantime, you might try the following. Naturally the power wires will be 12V and usually red(+) and black(-), if they're not, you can examine the other colors, to determine if their are separate ground wires for each speaker. If it uses a remote, and you want to hook that up; I can't help. sorry. But, if the speakers have a common ground, there will only be 1 wire for each speaker, the other connects to the ground of the car. If there are two wires for each speaker, they will be 4 different colors, with a 2nd wire which has the same color for all 4 speakers, so each speaker has a colored wire, and a common colored wire. This will leave the power connections, unless you have other controllers (see above).

One you know which are the power wires, you can connect them to a spare 12 V battery, and then comes the fun part. While adjusting the radio for front back, left and right, using the colored and a common wire for each speaker, this will be the same as the ground wire for the power even if not the same color, you can connect it to ground for the test. Then connect the colored wire and common wire to a speaker, by adjusting the controls you can find out if that colored wire is for front or back, left or right. Then you'll have your color code.

Although prolonged use of only one speaker or only two could cause damage to the radio, short use to troubleshoot at low volume shouldn't be an issue. Just don't use it that way.for a long time!

I hope this helps. Let me know.by rating up my answer! :-)

What are the fuel injector wire colors for a ford escape 2008 3.0L v6 4wheel drive?

Okay, you know each injector has a power wire, and a ground wire that goes into the pcm? All of the power wires to all six injectors is a green wire with a red stripe.

The ground wire colors are as follows:
inj 1: green wire/blue stripe.
Inj 2: gray wire/yellow stripe
Inj 3: violet wire/gray stripe
Inj 4: yellow wire/orange stripe
Inj 5: brown wire
Inj 6: green wire/white stripe

I should note that the wiring diagram I am looking at shows this diagram as from a 2008 model manufactured during 2nd quarter of the year 2008. If your injector wire colors are different than as listed above, there may have been production changes during the year. But the power wires to all six injectors would still have the same color wire. You could figure it out that way: in other words, looking at the injector harness, same wire color to all six is the power wire, all the odd colors are the ground wire for that injector. Hope this makes sense to you. Good luck.

Need visual instructions for 600w-120v ac/c.a./ca 60hz

1) If you are replacing a switch that has two wires, and your dimmer has two screws > then Connect these wires to either screw.

2) If you are replacing a switch that has two wires, and your dimmer has three screws > then Connect one wire to dark-colored screw, and connect other wire to either brass-colored screw.

3) If you are replacing a 3-way switch that has 3 wires > and your dimmer has three screws > then pay close attention: One of the wires on your existing switch is connected to dark-colored screw. Mark that wire. It connects to dark colored screw on dimmer. The other two wires connect to either screw. The dark-colored screw is called the common terminal.

IF you have already removed switch and do not know which wire was connected to dark-colored screw >>> then connect the wires to any screw on dimmer >> turn on power and check if the circuit works >> keep rotating wires until they arrive in the right order >> the circuit simply will not work until the to correct wire is connected to dark-colored screw

THE dark-colored screw is the key

Need color codes for new radio to 99 nissan sentra

Hello jmartinatl,

The color codes for your receiver is here.

Just match the function of each wire the the appropriate wire on your vehicle. Or better yet, purchase a vehicle specific aftermarket wiring harness that plugs into the vehicle wiring.

Hope this helps.

Turn signal wiring was cut

Should only be 2 wires back there. Look at the opposite working side and it will have 2 wires also, one the same color and one a different color. The 2 wires matching in color are your ground wires for each side. Then you have a color for left and another color for right...Good luck

Trying to get the color codes for the speakers wires someone cut my radio wires and im trying to install new one.

Usually speaker wires have a solid color, and a stripe of another color on them. Sometimes it's a solid color, and rings going around the wire of another color.

The striped wire is the Positive. Then there will be a wire, that is the same color as the stripe. (On the striped wire) This is the Ground wire.
