Question about AT&T Lucent MLS-12D Phone
When an incoming call comes in, this extension rings like it does at the main phone. How do you turn it off?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Your system lost its programming. Call in a tech to fix, as this is pretty involved programming.
Post back if you need a technician.

Go to the system attendant and have them perform Centralized programming to change your ringing. It's a simple procedure, but it must be done with a better phone from extension 10 or 11.

Unfortunately on the earlier Partner systems they only gave you the option of either 2 rings (immediate) or 4 rings (delayed) . The program number to look at the setting on yours is # 506.
