Not Cooling When I checked the unit outside, the fan is blowing cold air. Both, the unit inside and outside are runing well, but air flow in the house is not cooling. I took a look at the breakers, but they are fine as well. Can this be the compressor?

The circut breaker in the house keeps tripping. Is this a compressor problem that can be fixed without replacing the entire compressor?

Yes, the compressor might not be running. Possibly a bad run capacitor or maybe burnt wires on the contactor or compressor flags.

Delonghi Pinguino Pac C 100 room air conditioner

Very likely the outside (condenser) coil is coated over with lint or leaves from the air flow of the fan blade. Generally, the obstruction cannot be seen, because it is inside the cabinet. Try this to clear the air blockage: Go inside the house and unplug the unit. Go outside and use a garden hose, with the nozzle set to a hard stream and the water supply on full.
With the nozzle held against the coil, direct the water stream straight through. Move the nozzle slowly across the entire surface of the coil several times to blow the trash off the coil to the inside of the cabinet. The unit should then continue to cool as designed.

Cold air blows outside and hot air inside

Make sure it is in cooling mode. Sounds like you may have a problem with the reversing valve but you would want to check the pressures in the system first and make sure the charge isn't low.

Unit not blowing cold air

you have a slow leak in your refrigerant and need to find the leak. you will have to get an AC repairman to come to your house and check it for leaks and fix the problem.

House HVAC Not Blowing

If the outside unit is running and the inside unit is not, probably a problem with the fan motor itself or its capacitor. If you have to have someone repair or replace the fan $200-$250 with parts, a capacitor for a service call and part $100 or so. Check it yourself first to see if there is anything obvious broken wire, hot connection, etc if you feel safe doing that. Turn the power off first. There is also a chance the thermostat could be the problem. Have you tried running the fan on the thermostat "fan on" setting?

Uotside unit blowing cool air but hot on the inside

It sounds like you have a unit called a heat pump. When a heat pump unit is in cooling mode the outside unit blows hot air and the inside unit blows cold air. If the outside unit is blowing cold then the indoor unit is most likely blowing room temperature or warm air. It sounds like the thermostat could be controlling incorrectly or you could have a failed reversing valve which is the device that switches the unit from heating to cooling mode.

AC Fan doesn't blow cold air, frozen coil noticed outside, resetting power resolves temporarily

You need to call a reputable service technician.  The freezing up usually is associated with a low refrigerant charge or low air flow.  Check your return air filter and replace as needed.

We have a fujitsu air con model ast9lsbcw which blows cold air from the outside unit and the inside unit is not cooling the room.

Sounds like you have it in heating mode or it is low on charge. In cooling mode, the outside fan should blow hot air not cold.

Outside makes loud noise

I would take a very close look at every solder joint there is between the inside unit and the outside. If you observe oil at any point it indicates a leak at that point. That is an expensive price for what you say was done. Check your invoice for the amount of refrigerant they or he added to the system. Compare it with the amount stated on the outside unit nameplate. Check for frost on the suction (big line) by the outside unit. If there is frost your coil is frozen up. If this is the case turn the fan on and the cooling off. Allow it to run in this manor for about an hour to defrost the A coil. Then return to the cooling mode.
