SOURCE: Memory card
If the card has not been formatted to remove data, it may have info that is not compatible between your old and new cameras.
If you have a USB card reader, place the card in it and re-format it.
If that doesn't work, then the card may be faulty.

Hello my friend.
Try this tool which you can download clicking here.
It can solve your formatting problem.
- Download the file.
- Plug your memory card into your PC.
- Run the "exe" file that you downloaded.
- On the program menu select your device (memory card).
- Select FAT32 as file system.
- You may give a valid volume label.
- Uncheck the "Quick Format" option.
- Then start formatting your memory card clicking the start button.
This formatting will delete all the files in your memory card.
Hope this helps.

First, be sure the card slide switch is in the unlocked position. Then, insert the card, ignore the message on the screen and go into the camera menu to find "format"...then, follow the on-screen instructions.
