All six zones run but cannot get one of the zones to completely shut off so I get a substantial leak so I turned of the system what should I look for

Hi Michael:
The solenoid for the leaking zone will probably have some debris in it. You could try to dismantle and clean it, otherwise, replace and you should be OK.
Cheerfuls.

I'm using 2 zones, zone 1 runs fine, zone 2 runs for 5 min, loses pressure for a few seconds, then comes back on for 5 min. etc., etc.etc. Is this a valve or controller problem?

May have air in that valve. Check bleed air screw on side of vale and bleed until you get a steady stream of water then tighten back up.

We have radiant floor heating system ran with /wirsbo valves. One zone is not working..not heating at all. The valve seems to open up when thermostat is turned on but not heating room. Any suggestions?

Are you able to isolate the Zone?
If you are able to isolate the Zone, is there anyway you can bleed air out of the system?

1) turn off the other zones and see if this one starts to heat up,
if not. Try to bleed Air out of the main header until it gets warm. If this does not work, do you have to manually add water or is it an auto fill system? Make sure that is working or manually add water.

Bleed cooling system

The generic method of bleeding air from the cooling system is to use a floor jack or other method and raise the front of the car as high as poss, then fill the coolant recovery tank full and run the engine until it just starts to overheat, high end of normal zone on gauge, then shut the engine down and run cold water over the radiator core, this will self bleed the system and the coolant will be pulled from the recovery tank, repeat as necessary, never let the recovery tank run dry or more air will be pulled into the cooling systeml

Three of four zones, baseboard heat, warm house, why not fourth

Go to the last heater in the zone and look for a bleed off valve so you can get the air out of the system. you may have to bleed it off several times as the air works itself thru the system. usually there is a automatic air vent on the very highest point that the system has. Let me know if this helps and have a Merry Christmas
