the original fan blade is 4 1/2" in diameter. The fan suggested in 2" to big. the least expensive alternative was a 4" fan for close to the price of a new heater.

I worked in maintenance for several years, and often found hard to find parts at Grainger.com. Sometimes they can be pricey. Here's a link to there fan section. Fan Blades and Propellers

Heater is not blowing hot air like it use to only warm air?

You can try using a compressor and blow gun and cleaning it with the forced air once front to back and back to front. There is no given number of times to do this, I do it until I have clean air going thru both directions. This is the easiest way with out taking the fan apart and man it is a fast repair for sluggish heaters.

I would definitly try to give your heater a through cleaning before before giving up on it. Remove screws that hold back cover on and remove cover. There shoulb be a fiter directly behind it,remove it and give it a through cleaning. I don't know on the new ones if the filter is made of foam material, the older ones like mine are.It is safe to wash them in warm water and a little dish soap. Rinse fully and pat dry. Clean any lint, hair, dust or any other foreign material from fan motor. Blow it out with compressed air if you can. You can use a tooth brush to clean around motor shaft and air ports on motor. You can use a couple of drops of fine grade machine oil on motor shaft, such as 3 in 1 oil or WD-40. Wipe off excess. Lightly brush heating elements and reassemble. I hope this works for you. Thanks We had our first pelonis disc heater for twenty years.

Pelonis tower heater hc-0116 doesn't stay on for any length of time. Also, the oscillation is not working. What should I do?

these type of appliances are made very fragile the slightest jar could cause this. It is most likely the tip safty switch or thermal protection switch. you can not access either from outside the unit. I wouldn't suggest taking it apart. the part will be hard to get and cost too much. just get rid of it and get a new one.
